You get contractors that have passed our credentialing process and back their work with a five-year workmanship warranty. We hold all contractors to stringent requirements. They must possess required state licensing and program insurance coverage, maintain financial stability and good credit standing, own professional facilities and equipment and perform background checks on all employees that will be on the property.
We oversee our contractors for work quality, timeliness, financial stability and require all network members to use an estimating system common to the insurance industry to ensure estimates are fair and reasonable. All Emergency Services are assigned immediately 24 hours 7 days a week and you should receive a call back from a vendor within one hour.

When the work is complete, we’ll ask you to fill out a brief satisfaction survey that helps us measure contractor performance.

Answer: Once you have submitted a request for a contractor, establish clear and concise communication with the contractor so they fully understand your project expectations. This will give you the necessary peace of mind that your project will be completed in the manner you desire. Question: Can I have an inspection performed on a home that I plan to purchase? Inspections on homes you do not currently own should not be submitted through this program.
We do encourage you to submit your project request once you have purchased the home, and we will gladly assign an available program contractor to provide quotes on any renovations needed.
